Had a great Xmas break at this hotel. The breakfast spread was fantastic - lots of options to choose from including fresh fruits and pastries. loved the location - close to a beautiful waterfall and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions which was super convenient.
The rooms were a bit old and in need of some updating. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was quite small.

Great spa facilities and beautiful surroundings During my recent business trip, I was excited to relax after a long day of work by going to the spa and I was not disappointed. the spa facilities were awesome! the jacuzzi pool was incredible and the sauna was very hot. the hotel was placed in a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains and waterfalls. I loved spending time outside in the fresh air.
Poor quality of service and outdated rooms Unfortunately, the hotel staff had terrible customer service skills.

Located on a scenic mountain side, the hotel's outdoor pool and charming surroundings create a tranquil ambiance. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet has a great variety of fine choices.
The outdated decor of some rooms, and malfunctioning showers, detract from the otherwise enjoyable experience.

We loved the outdoor pool in the midst of nature and the delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location in the mountains provided fine views of the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and competent staff that made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. Additionally, the spa facilities were wonderful, with both an indoor and outdoor pool that were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the natural pool, which was a unique feature of this place. I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience here.
